About
I am a fully qualified, experienced Counsellor and Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with a 1st class B.A. (Hons) degree in Counselling working from practices in Warwickshire and London. I have advanced training in Trauma Therapy which is very effective in dealing with PTSD and Psychological Trauma. If you are suffering from Anxiety, Depression, Stress, Abuse/Trauma, Bereavement, Addiction or Relationship issues, I can help to navigate your way through and aid your journey back to health. The key to a successful relationship is the therapeutic relationship built on trust and safety.
I offer a holistic and integrative approach using a variety of techniques that can be tailored to suit you. Depending on your needs and goals, I use a combination of CBT, Mindfulness, Breathe Work, Emotional Therapy, Flash Technique and EMDR. These can be used in isolation or a mix of therapies which prove highly effective during your counselling journey.
It can be difficult to navigate your way round challenging issues, so I am here to help you make sense of life's difficulties. I am empathic and intuitive, drawing on many years of experience and training. If you would like to talk to me to see how counselling may help you please get in touch and we can out work a way forward together.
