My Journey started in 2014 as a crisis worker for Savnna, I then moved into end-of-life care and dementia before becoming a bereavement counsellor within a hospice. during that time I have worked with clients with grief, loss and bereavement, sexual trauma and domestic abuse, anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, sleep disturbance, disordered eating and many more complexities. I have found that the clients I have worked with needed a safe space, without judgement, where they could explore their feeling and emotions. I appreciate the vulnerability that sharing these emotions and feelings may bring.
