Life can you hit you hard! I know this from experience. The good news is, that there is always a way back, no matter how hopeless the situation might feel at the time. My Counselling style is Pluralistic; I tailor each session to suit you. What works for somebody else may not work for you, and vice versa so I try to find techniques and strategies that will resonate with you.
