With over 10 years of experience, I offer compassionate, confidential, and professional support to individuals and couples.
Therapy is more than just talking; it's about making sense of emotions, thoughts & patterns that shape your experiences. It’s about finding the space to explore, understand & address those areas where you feel stuck or uncertain. My goal is to create a collaborative & non-judgmental environment where you can explore what’s on your mind & work towards change

I work gently and compassionately, with individuals/ couples, struggling with difficult or painful feelings, managing their emotions, and struggling to enjoy life.
In my work my aim is to focus on creating a better understanding of feelings and experiences, so responses can be more measured and constructive, and less emotionally negative. It is a sensitive, gradual process in which growing awareness and mindfulness play a major part.

Although I work individually I am also a Relationship Specialist. I offer strategies and a solution focused approach to mend marriages and relationships with amazing results. Being conscious couples often come to therapy when they are in crisis. I do charge more than other therapists because I have invested time and over 50 thousand pounds in training.

Psychotherapy is a process that, through self-awareness, helps us connect with the essence of who we are, understand the reasons for our suffering, and learn to find joy in life and in our relationships with those close to us.
I am a psychologist and integrative psychotherapist, and a member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy). I work from an integrative approach, drawing from various modalities including psychodynamic, systemic, cognitive-behavioural, Gestalt, and body-oriented psychotherapy. I continue to learn and apply a wide range of methods to support clients with diverse needs in the most effective and time-sensitive manner possible. Among my most significant professional trainings—besides my main four-year course—are those focused on trauma therapy and somatic approaches, which I integrate into my daily practice.

I have worked intensively with trauma, PTSD and C-PTSD, anxiety and panic attacks, anger issues, domestic abuse, relationship issues, bereavement and ADHD to name but a few.
Hello, my name is Xenia and I am passionate about helping you be the best version of yourself. Making the first step towards therapy takes courage and I am proud of you for getting started! Life has it’s challenges and I have certainly had my own over the years. Sometimes we just need support from someone that isn’t family or a close friend; Someone who we can trust that they will hold space for us in order to process certain events, or, a confidential objective party that will listen, without judgement, so we can make sense of ourselves and the world around us.

As a Clinical Psychologist I am passionate about working with people to address their emotional and mental health difficulties and to achieve their treatment goals. I have a particular interest in working with addictions, trauma, and anxiety disorders and as such these are my main areas of expertise. In addition to working privately, I also worked in an NHS Addictions Service until recently, predominantly with alcohol and illicit drugs, and as a result much of my work was with people with complex mental health needs.
