Together we can explore what's going on for you, what you'd like to change, and why. I work with adults and young people to help them find the answers. I have a special interest in neurodivergence. I provide a welcoming therapy room in Milton, WsM or I can see you online. I'm a professional, qualified, insured, integrative counsellor, which means I have a range of skills and bring to the sessions those I think will be most helpful to you including using art therapy tools. I work with adults, teenagers and school children.
I offer short term and long term counselling, online and face to face (Covid secure). It can be daunting to find a counsellor you feel safe enough with to open up about your issues, which is why I suggest booking in for one session to begin with to get a feel for how it would work and then decide whether counselling is for you.
