People struggle to talk frankly about their struggles: personal, relationships and sexual. Although difficulties arising from life transitions, sex and relationships are much more prevalent than most people think, only a few people can still share their struggles with others. Therefore, psychotherapy, psychosexual and relationship therapy offer a unique and confidential space to have those conversations with me, which means you can reach out for support in these areas regardless of your background, sexual preferences and relationship experiences.
