I have 35+ years experience of supporting children and families, with excellent, proven knowledge of therapeutic parenting, including attachment, developmental trauma, behavioural issues, including PDA and other avoidant behaviours. I'm a BACP accredited therapist. I have a fully enhanced DBS. I use a range of techniques including CBT, Person Centred, Solution Focused strategies, TA, and Psychodynamic approaches. Working together to best suit your needs. My approach is non judgemental and to be supportive.
