I believe a therapeutic relationship & trust are of key importance in therapy work & have a down to earth, but highly compassionate approach, often taking a trauma informed approach to counselling.

I work with people facing a wide range of issues, including interpersonal struggles, emotional pain, and the impact of illness—whether it's a chronic condition or the challenges of a palliative diagnosis.
