We all need a place to be heard, to feel safe and to feel supported. I offer such a place, so that together we can reflect on what you are struggling with and what may have caused this struggle. Sessions will be focused on you and your aims whilst I offer a safe place for us to build trust, uncover obstacles, work to challenge perceptions and build your self awareness. The goal is that with self awareness, support and validation you will attain more autonomy and control and with it the ability to make changes or move on where you wish to. Talking therapy is a commitment, but if embraced fully it can be truly life changing

I offer supportive, confidential, non-judgemental proactive counselling in a warm, comfortable, safe environment. I work mainly from a Pluralistic approach meaning that I truly believe in a person’s ability to grow and develop in the way that is best for them and by integrating approaches to counselling such as psychodynamic, person-centred and CBT we can work together to get you to a better place. I have found that many problems have their roots buried in past experiences, yet my approach is always flexible, client centred and focused primarily on client growth.

Is this the year you want to stop holding your breath in your work, life, and relationships? Are you secretly wanting to colour outside the lines, be brave and take up space? Perhaps deep down you know there are reasons why you’re playing it small – if you only had the energy, you could change. Does the thought of breaking familiar patterns brings up feelings that are too big and overwhelming? Together we can find approaches where you’ll spend less time overthinking and on autopilot. Where you can become courageous and effective in the face of life’s challenges rather than spending time stuck in self-critical loops or isolation.

Did you grow up feeling like you didn't fit in, always sensing you were different but unsure why? You might not recall experiencing anything you'd consider traumatic, but you still felt invisible, misunderstood, or perhaps like you were too much. Friendships may have ended suddenly or without clear reasons, adding to your confusion. As an adult, you've figured out how to blend in at work and in social situations, concealing your differences, but at the cost of losing touch with yourself. Now, you struggle to identify your needs until the overwhelm sets in. You're tired of feeling this way and want to be seen and heard. I can help.
