They experience anxiety from nowhere, repeating patterns, living someone else's life, and unexplained physical symptoms.
I blend psychotherapy with shamanic energy work to address the root cause—not just symptoms. Soul retrieval, ancestral healing, and energy clearing help you release long-held blocks. Real change in 1-3 sessions. Available worldwide via video.

I offer gentle therapy and coaching for sensitive adults who have lost themselves through difficult life events, prolonged stress, or years of people-pleasing.
Specialising in trauma, stress, and sensitivity, I draw on approaches that honour both mind and body. You’ll be gently supported to explore inner patterns that hold you back such as people-pleasing or self-silencing, creating space for calm, harmony, and a freer, authentic expression of yourself. This work is nurturing, empowering, and deeply transformative

Our Clients at The Echelon Scene are gay men who are seeking a long-term relationship. They come to us because they simply do not have the time to online date or sit in a crowded bar in Soho. They would rather outsource and have us do the filtering so they are only going out on dates they are excited about. Our Clients are typically busy individuals who are passionate about what they do and excel at work, they range in ages from 30-mid 60s and are based all over the world. The common factors are they are all genuinely seeking a monogamous long-term relationship and are in a positive state of mind for dating.

I am a Clinical Psychologist specialising in EMDR therapy and EMDR-informed coaching.
You may look like you’re coping well on the outside, but inside feel anxious, exhausted or close to burnout. Many of the people I work with are high-functioning professionals who carry a lot of responsibility, struggle to switch off, and feel stuck in patterns of overthinking, pressure or emotional overload. You might be dealing with anxiety, stress, sleep problems or the lingering impact of past experiences, and want things to feel calmer, clearer and more sustainable again.

Most people I work with are functioning well on the outside, but struggling internally with burnout, chronic stress, anxiety or the impact of trauma. You may be managing work and responsibilities, yet feel constantly switched on exhausted, or stuck in patterns that aren’t changing. Despite this, you continue to cope, which often means the difficulty goes unseen for longer than it should. I specialise in helping people understand and change these patterns using structured, evidence-based approaches.

Life Coaching Counsellors
What can I expect from life coaching?
Clients and coaches will typically start by identifying the problem area(s) that the client hopes to address—then, the coach will help the client brainstorm potential solutions and explore concrete techniques to help the client attain their goals. Coaching is typically short-term and focused on finding solutions in the here and now, rather than exploring a client’s past. In addition to strategies aimed at the client’s specific concerns, coaches may encourage general stress management techniques such as meditation.

Can a life coach help treat anxiety?
Because the majority of life coaches are not licensed clinicians, they are not qualified to diagnose or treat anxiety. Anyone struggling with anxiety or another mental health condition should seek help from a licensed mental health practitioner. However, some coaching clients who struggle with subclinical anxiety report that working with their coach on other problems—such as career dissatisfaction or unhealthy habits—has a positive effect on their anxiety.

Can life coaching be done online?
Yes. While life coaching often happens in person, many coaches conduct sessions over the phone or via online platforms such as Zoom or Skype. Because life coaches are not subject to local licensing regulations in the same way that therapists are, they are able to see clients who live in other locations.

How long does life coaching last?
Life coaching tends to be a shorter-term process than therapy, though it does not always unfold over a specific period of time and is instead based on the coach’s or the client’s preferences. Coaching often takes place over three to 12 months but may be shorter or longer if necessary.
