About
Hello and a very warm welcome to you! People come to therapy for a variety of reasons. Perhaps you are experiencing difficulty with knowing what your feelings are. Or are struggling to express them. Alternately, you may be feeling very disconnected, unfulfilled or empty. Maybe you are confused about who you are, or what you want from life, and this prevents you from living in the moment. Are you trying to cope with a difficult life event, or is there just the sense that things are not right?
I provide a warm, human and professional service, in a safe and supportive, non-judgmental environment. I work as an integrative counsellor. This means that I can combine ideas and insights, drawn from different counselling theories, in order to tailor sessions that will best support you.
My style of counselling, is about supporting you to gain perspective and understanding of how you think, feel and behave, how you approach difficulties in your life, and how you can feel more in control. I am passionate about supporting and empowering individuals to live a meaningful, purpose-filled life and I would welcome the opportunity in supporting you.
