About
**I have current availability for face to face and online appointments** Feeling stuck, anxious, depressed or lonely in these uncertain times? Challenges with work or study or relationship difficulties? Overthinking everything or perhaps you have issues around food and eating? I can help! Positive changes in your life can take place even when those challenges seem overwhelming and distressing. I offer psychotherapy, nutrition and disordered eating support for individuals. My practice is face to face, online or we can walk together at some great locations in the Greater Manchester area.
I offer short and long term therapy to adults over 18 and whatever you bring, you are very welcome. Let's get talking. If you have issues around food and eating come and see me, as a qualified nutritionist as well as a therapist I can help. You can meet me first by arranging a free initial appointment and you can decide what to do from there.
I think therapy is for people who have the self-awareness to recognise that they need a helping hand and any issue that you would like to bring to therapy is welcome. Our first session is an opportunity to discuss your goals for therapy and for you to see if I'm the right therapist for you. All you need to do is contact me and we can arrange an appointment.
