I see people who have issues with addiction, anger management, general anxiety, loss, stress, depression, work place intimidation and working out who you are! I am an empathetic person and my place is to help and not to judge. I worked in corporate life for many years meeting and dealing with a wide spectrum of people in all areas of life and different nationalities. I offer the space for you to talk and think only about you, and how you would like to feel, as opposed to how you are feeling now. Initial 30 minute session is free, to see how we get along. Regular sessions are 50 minutes.

I am a Principal Lead Clinical Psychologist and Psychodynamic Psychotherapist. My approach centres on understanding a person’s individual experience of the world and the problems they’ve come to live with. This involves us working together to try to understand the particular meaning of one’s difficulties and troubling feelings and how and why such distressing experiences have occurred at this point in life. Such understandings often help people feel less troubled and ‘stuck’, for example with depression, anxiety or traumatic experiences, clearing the way for feeling more settled in oneself and an ability to make changes.

I specialize in Depression, Anxiety, Relational Difficulties, Psychosis and Bipolar Disorders.
Hi I am a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist. I work with adults and young persons experiencing anxiety, depression, difficult life transitions and work place stress. Many of the people I work with feel stuck in unhelpful thought patterns, overwhelmed by emotions, or frustrated by behaviors they want to change. CBT is a practical, evidence-based approach that helps you understand the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and actions. In our work together, we will identify patterns that are keeping you stuck and develop tools to help you respond differently—both in and outside of sessions.

Hello and welcome, I am glad you have found me. Life can be challenging and you may have found yourself struggling with low self-esteem, anxiety or low mood. You may be stuck in unhelpful coping patterns, such as self-criticism, rumination or addiction. You might be having unusual experiences that you find hard to make sense of. You may be wanting to understand yourself better and to make sense of the struggles you face. Or you could be feeling flat, overwhelmed or stuck in a rut, struggling with burnout and direction in life. We all struggle, it is part of human nature, but you don't need to go through this alone.

I also have deep interest in working with people who have experienced psychosis, and related illnesses.
I work integratively, my training was in existential psychotherapy. This means I believe that life is naturally going to present struggles and that we need to navigate our way through life's givens: loneliness, anxiety and death are all givens of our life. I believe that the goal of therapy is to create space to reflect and align oneself with one's values and understand our limitations. I believe that trauma has a lasting impact on our bodies and minds, and that through understanding the mind-body connection, healing can ultimately take place. I currently hold a post working in GP practices with the NHS.

Sometimes we reach a point in life where we struggle to see clearly and we even become uncertain about the future and even begin to question our relationships. For some of us, its unhealthy patterns and cycles that we keep on repeating, and find difficult to break free from. Our unresolved childhood trauma's can present in our day to day adult lives, showing up as strong depressive feelings, overwhelming anxiety, or a fragmented sense of self, leaving us feeling trapped and hopeless. Whatever the issues are that you are facing, change is certainly possible!

I have worked in Mental and Social Care for 15 years, supporting individuals and families with severe presentations such as Eating Disorders and Schizophrenia.
My clients are thoughtful individuals who value depth and reflection. Many have lived through trauma, loss, or periods of profound transition, and now seek not quick solutions but sustained psychological work. They are drawn to therapy as an ongoing investment in awareness, relationship, and inner freedom — a confidential space to explore complexity, rediscover meaning, and live with greater authenticity and emotional depth. This is a process for those who wish to engage seriously with themselves and create lasting transformation at the deepest levels of experience, where real change becomes possible.

Many of my clients live with trauma, PTSD, neurodiversity, psychosis, dissociation, bereavement or deeply rooted emotional and relational patterns.
My own life has included serious illness, profound trauma and the challenge of rebuilding. When I sought help, I struggled to find a therapist who could understand the whole complex picture rather than treating each part separately. That experience drew me towards psychology in 2009 and ultimately towards becoming the kind of therapist I had once needed.

What’s the most effective treatment for psychosis?
The most effective treatment for psychosis is coordinated specialty care. In this model, a team of professionals works with a patient to address all aspects of the underlying disorder. This approach incorporates individual or group therapy, employment and education support, family support and education, medication management (which often involves low doses of antipsychotics), and case management to facilitate problem-solving as needed.

When should people seek treatment for psychosis?
People should seek immediate treatment at the earliest indication of psychosis. Symptoms include delusions, hallucinations, disorganized or blocked speech, and agitated body movements. Early signs that a person may be developing a disorder that will lead to psychosis include suspiciousness of others, memory problems and distractibility, an inability to think clearly, rapid or nonsensical speech, withdrawal from friends or family, aggression toward others, and sensitivity to bright lights or noises.

What if psychosis is left untreated?
Without treatment, psychosis can have significant repercussions, including injuries, job loss, homelessness, financial or legal trouble, ruptured relationships, and suffering for the person and their family. While early treatment for psychosis often yields the best results, there is no point past which it becomes useless to seek treatment. At any point, treatment can make a difference.

How do I get someone else to seek treatment for psychosis?
It’s extremely difficult to watch a loved one suffer from hallucinations, delusions, and other elements of psychosis—sometimes exacerbated by their fears of treatment. Have a conversation with them in a quiet space and maintain a calm, supportive tone. Share your concerns about behaviors you’ve observed, suggest treatment, and explain the potential benefits. Listen carefully to their responses. The person may not be ready after one conversation, but with time, they may come around.
