I offer Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Counselling and EMDR Therapy to Adults, Children and Young People. I work from a private office in Ossett, Flushdyke near Wakefield. I also provide remote support through zoom or telephone and those local, walk and talk therapy. I provide a completely safe and non judgemental space to ensure you have the opportunity to work through any difficulties you are experiencing. I am an Accredited Registered Member of the BACP and BABCP and I adhere to their Code of Ethics & Practice. I attend regular supervision.

Sometimes life can throw up unexpected challenges and we find that things that wouldn't normally bother us do.
