I specialise in narcissistic abuse in relationships and the workplace. I work with anxiety and trauma alongside the dissociation from emotions this can cause. I have worked with survivors of domestic violence and bereaved families within a hospice setting. I also work for a society with worldwide clients recovering from narcissistic abuse. Exploring variations from your personal life within therapy is hugely important as I believe that no client is the same; regardless of whether they are experiencing loss, anxiety or an abusive narcissistic relationship.

If your mental health has been compromised lately, you are in the right place. Making your emotional and physical wellbeing a priority, is a good place for us to start. Currently I work closely with bereaved clients and support them through their grief process. Talking through loss in a non-judgemental space is known to be therapeutic. I am also trained in working with clients suffering with PTSD. Trauma can be caused by many reasons and exploring this openly and honestly can aid in restoration.

I am a Trauma-informed, accredited UKCP psychotherapist and EMDR practitioner with 20+ yrs experience. I work with symptoms: depression, anxiety, sleeplessness, panic attacks, mistrust, hypervigilance, hopelessness, self-destructive behaviour, loss of sense of self. These are all symptoms of something deeper and we can work to alleviate these symptoms by working with the deeper issues that cause these. These symptoms are often caused by: abuse - sexual, psychological or emotional; neglect; loss; relationships; bullying; illness and many other 'normal' life events which can leave us not living our life fully.

I offer integrative child and young people's counselling and therapeutic child and teenage support. All our children and young people sometimes go through phases where not everything is going to plan. There might have been a bereavement, exam stress, bullying or sudden life changes have had an impact on their self esteem. Your might be concerned because your child has recently become angry, anxious, withdrawn, a bit more challenging or has developed difficulties in school. Sometimes they also struggle to find good friends, put themselves at risk or their physical health becomes affected.

My name is Ella and I am a therapist based in London. You may be struggling with anxiety, social anxiety, stress, depression, overwhelm, feelings of loneliness, significant loss and grief. Maybe you are struggling with important relationships in your life. Perhaps your struggle is not that clear and you have a feeling that something isn't quite right. Experiences such as anxiety, stress and depression can be symptoms of a deeper unease. Over time emotions can become trapped or inaccessible to us, and often we harbour hidden thoughts and feelings that have never been said out loud. Together, we can help you find clarity and relief.

Many of the issues we face in life can be hard to deal with alone. With help, thinking about who we are, what we want and what is wanted from us we can identify and address problematic areas in our relationships with ourselves, with others and with the world of work and love, overcoming obstacles and reducing our suffering. I offer a safe and secure space in which to articulate whatever may be playing on your mind. The way I practice is non-directive, meaning that you decide what you want to talk about and when so can explore what may be troubling you at your own pace, either in person in east London or remote.

You may be doing your best to keep going, but inside you feel anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns that don’t make sense -which is exhausting. I’m Stefani, a warm yet dynamic therapist. I work with people to feel steadier and more connected to themselves. I support a broad range of concerns, particularly anxiety (racing thoughts, tension, a sense of foreboding), OCD (intrusive thoughts, compulsions, confusing rituals), and low self-esteem (self-criticism, people-pleasing, feeling undervalued). I also help with perfectionism, over-achieving, addictions, and neurodivergent ways of thinking, processing, and sensing the world.

I can work with you to make meaningful changes to your life. Your wish to start seeing a therapist could be motivated by an event in your life which has resulted in a painful transition. It may be formed by a desire to break from a cycle of behaviour. It may just be that you are looking to find ways to make choices which better serve you and your wellbeing. Whatever the reason that has brought you to explore therapy, my role is to walk next to you on this journey of self-discovery.

As a transpersonal integrative psychotherapist, I work collaboratively with clients to explore both conscious and unconscious aspects of their inner world.
Working with a therapist can sometimes feel daunting, but I will guide you through the process, listen to your reasons for seeking therapy, and address any concerns you may have. We will also discuss what you hope to achieve and any specific areas you would like to focus on. By gaining insight into how we relate to others, whether with friends, family, colleagues, or romantic partners and reflecting on the various stages of life we’re navigating, we can begin to form a clearer understanding of our true selves.

Does it all feel a bit overwhelming? Humanistic therapy is about connecting genuinely with what matters most to you. I offer a caring, relational approach to help you navigate life's challenges, understand yourself better, and improve mental well-being. I support people through trauma, relationship issues, identity, gender, sexuality, confidence, and life crises. As well as being a transpersonal integrative psychotherapist I am also a conscious parenting coach.
Many people come to therapy recognising that although relationships matter deeply to them, they continue to experience painful or recurring patterns — anxiety in relationships, people pleasing, fear of abandonment, conflict avoidance or difficulty trusting others. These patterns can feel confusing and frustrating, particularly when you are self-aware and trying hard to create healthier relationships. Often, however, relational difficulties are rooted in much deeper emotional experiences and attachment patterns developed over time.

Transpersonal Counsellors
How does transpersonal therapy work?
Transpersonal therapy focuses on a patient’s spirituality and meaning in life. Transpersonal therapists might borrow from Eastern traditions as well as Western psychology. They may incorporate techniques including meditation, visualisation, hypnotherapy, dream analysis, and or breathwork to produce altered states of consciousness. The therapist helps the patient to access their consciousness and spirituality to work through difficult mental states.

How long does transpersonal therapy last?
Because the goal is to understand a person as a whole, including their spirituality, treatment can range from months to a year or beyond. While patients learn the philosophy behind transpersonal therapy during treatment, they can also practice its principles throughout life after therapy sessions have ended.

Is transpersonal therapy effective?
Patients have found success with transpersonal therapy; this method is useful in improving anxiety, depression, self-esteem, identity, fears, relationship problems, and other concerns. Improvements in problem areas can continue even after transpersonal therapy ends, as individuals can utilise the tools they’ve learned during treatment sessions.

What are the limitations of transpersonal therapy?
There is some research on the effectiveness of transpersonal therapy, but empirical support for this therapy approach is sparse. It does not have the robust evidence base of other forms of therapy, such as cognitive behavioural therapy or acceptance and commitment therapy.
