Hello, I'm Lee and thanks for visiting my profile. I work with a range of differing clients from age 18 to older-age adult. I have a special interest in anxiety and related issues, such as panic attacks and stress. My training in counselling and psychotherapy is available to help you understand what is taking place when experiencing strong feelings and emotions, whether they be due to anxiety, stress, panic attacks, low mood, self-harm or a range of many other areas I can help with. An initial phone chat or Zoom costs you nothing: I'm always happy to chat through where I can help you.

Making sense of your life, what's happening and finding your missing peace isn't always easy, so it's good to take some time out and talk to someone outside the situation who can help you to navigate your way through the issues you find yourself facing. Talking out loud helps to clarify what the problem actually is and what the possible solutions are if any. Sometimes there isn't a solution just acceptance and finding a way to live life anyway, for example in the case of a bereavement or a relationship ending. I can be your guide and support whilst you live through the situation and make any changes needed.
