My aim is to walk alongside you, at your own pace – offering guidance, support, and encouragement – as you move towards a life that feels safer, more balanced, and more connected.
My ideal client is someone navigating the long-term effects of trauma, particularly complex PTSD (CPTSD), childhood abuse, domestic violence, neglect, or coercion, such as victims of modern-day slavery or human trafficking. You may feel stuck, overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected from yourself and others. Your story matters – and together, we can begin to make sense of what you've been through, exploring ways to move forward at a pace that feels right for you. If you're ready to take the first step, I invite you to reach out – I'd be honoured to walk alongside you on your journey.

I work integratively, blending counselling and embodiment coaching — tailoring the approach entirely to you.
My ideal clients are executives, senior professionals and high achievers who have become so focused on performing well for others that they've lost touch with what they need for themselves. They are often intelligent, self-aware and highly capable — yet find themselves stuck, depleted or quietly anxious in ways they can't easily explain to the people around them. They may be managing teams, navigating high-stakes decisions, or sustaining a demanding lifestyle — while privately wondering how long they can keep going at this pace. The drive that once made them effective has quietly eroded the things that sustain them: relationships, i

With a Master's in Counselling for Mental Health and Wellness, a Doctorate in Counselling Psychology, and a Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching, I bring over 20 years of training and clinical experience to my work across personal, relational and professional contexts.
You may be someone who is outwardly coping, managing responsibilities, relationships and expectations, yet privately feeling overwhelmed, disconnected or unsure of what you need. You might notice yourself feeling responsible for others while struggling to prioritise yourself, or finding that the same relational difficulties repeat despite insight or effort. Perhaps you feel emotionally shut down at times or easily flooded. You may feel lonely or unseen, even within close relationships. You want more than strategies to cope and wish to understand yourself more deeply and to create meaningful, lasting change.

Each and every one of us needs support at different times in our life, reaching for support is not a weakness but a strength.
I specialise in anxiety, stress and trauma, using the Rewind Technique for clients with PTSD, flashbacks, anxiety and unwanted involuntary thoughts. It usually requires no more than 2 sessions to bring about closure for single traumas. Results are enduring - a follow up of two years showed no relapses, having a 90% success rate.

The way to heal is to get to the root cause of the problem, this eliminates symptoms and leaves you in charge of your life rather than feeling it's running you.
Healing is about time, place and person. When you are ready the right person will appear. Personal recommendations can be helpful, but in my experience you know the right person for you. I offer a 20 minute discovery call where you can see for yourself if we are the right fit. You and I will both know if this feels "right" and we can chat about the different ways in which I work to see what's best and where you would like to start. I work in an integrated way using talking therapies, bodywork, breathwork, energy healing, flower essences and sleep hygiene to support your journey to wellness. I cannot wait to connect with you.

I offer a 12-week structured trauma informed coaching programme where I mentor you through the stages of learning how to navigate the labyrinth of your mind.
Learning to accept the truth about needing help is sometimes the hardest part. It is however a process not an event. If you suffered chronic stress as a child or in the early years of adulthood, chances are, you amazingly created a lot of coping mechanisms that have helped you survive the situation. But what tends to happen with trauma is that we get stuck in those patterns of thinking, feeling and behaviour and unless unpacked, they are impossible to change, even though they stopped serving you long time ago.

I am a Clinical Psychologist specialising in EMDR therapy and EMDR-informed coaching.
You may look like you’re coping well on the outside, but inside feel anxious, exhausted or close to burnout. Many of the people I work with are high-functioning professionals who carry a lot of responsibility, struggle to switch off, and feel stuck in patterns of overthinking, pressure or emotional overload. You might be dealing with anxiety, stress, sleep problems or the lingering impact of past experiences, and want things to feel calmer, clearer and more sustainable again.

Life Coaching Counsellors
What can I expect from life coaching?
Clients and coaches will typically start by identifying the problem area(s) that the client hopes to address—then, the coach will help the client brainstorm potential solutions and explore concrete techniques to help the client attain their goals. Coaching is typically short-term and focused on finding solutions in the here and now, rather than exploring a client’s past. In addition to strategies aimed at the client’s specific concerns, coaches may encourage general stress management techniques such as meditation.

Can a life coach help treat anxiety?
Because the majority of life coaches are not licensed clinicians, they are not qualified to diagnose or treat anxiety. Anyone struggling with anxiety or another mental health condition should seek help from a licensed mental health practitioner. However, some coaching clients who struggle with subclinical anxiety report that working with their coach on other problems—such as career dissatisfaction or unhealthy habits—has a positive effect on their anxiety.

Can life coaching be done online?
Yes. While life coaching often happens in person, many coaches conduct sessions over the phone or via online platforms such as Zoom or Skype. Because life coaches are not subject to local licensing regulations in the same way that therapists are, they are able to see clients who live in other locations.

How long does life coaching last?
Life coaching tends to be a shorter-term process than therapy, though it does not always unfold over a specific period of time and is instead based on the coach’s or the client’s preferences. Coaching often takes place over three to 12 months but may be shorter or longer if necessary.
