I work in community Adult Mental Health Services and at a University, I have worked in CAMHS services in the NHS and in private settings. I also offer CBT clinical supervision to peers. In the busy and sometimes harsh world in which we live, I provide that space for you to come as you are, work with your expressed goals, rediscover a new way forward, and deal with the problems you are experiencing. Often people find a positive change in this scenario.
