My area of interests are personal and cultural identity challenges and concerns, spirituality, trauma and life transition (new job , moving in or out of a relationship, new parent etc.) I work with Individuals, couples and families who are willing to challenge themselves towards becoming their best selves.

I specialise in helping young people and adults manage anxiety and stress, overcome low mood, and boost confidence and low self-esteem. I’m a therapist and coach working with evidence-based approaches – and I have personal experience that they work and can turn your life around! I know what it is like to struggle with anxiety and self-doubt while outwardly seeming successful and functioning. I believe that changing your relationship with yourself is the key to achieving peace of mind, and flourishing in all aspects of life, including relationships, career and physical health.

You may experience unexpected disruption, chronic conditions, major life upheaval, triggering of past experiences, bereavement, and any of these could create anxiety, anger, fear, phobias, or depression. Understanding could fall away, your support system could become unhelpful, anti-depressants may not be effective and your coping mechanisms may not work. You may feel overpowered by your circumstances and perhaps seek support and reinforcement as you experience distress. You may want your complex issues to be contained and get some tools and techniques to cope. Perhaps you may just like to confide in someone and share experience.
