The mind can be a scary place and most of us cope by "putting it out of our minds", whether that is through work, shopping, alcohol, cigarettes, drugs, all can be a form of temporary coping mechanisms. The trouble is the problems don't go away, they percolate through our bodies creating physical and emotional problems. I aim to create an environment where you can be yourself, say what you want and know you won't be judged in any way. Nor will you be told what you "should" do, instead I will help you to explore the patterns you have learnt which may no longer work for you and realise that you can gradually change your thinking.
