Hi, I'm Sharon and I'm a qualified psychotherapist and hypnotist. I have created a very bespoke therapy room designed to feel calm and comfortable the moment the client walks through the door. I work in an integrative way which means that I adapt to suit the client's needs (person-centred), as well as using other theoretical approaches such as CBT. I find that my use of NLP, hypnotherapy, and/or reiki healing can also be a great addition to my therapy sessions. I work with trainee student counsellors, individuals, couples and young people.
