Maybe you want to make sense of your story, process difficult memories, or discover new ways of coping. Together, we can explore your experiences, honour your strengths, and move toward clarity, resilience, renewed hope, and meaningful new possibilities for the future.

My own journey to becoming a therapist began with the need to make sense of my own situations and self. The beliefs I had about myself and the world as I saw it, and the beliefs I had about how the world saw me. I bring lived experience of managing mental challenges and addictions. I understand that our unique life experiences shape how we think, feel, and relate to the world and one another. Amazing things unfold when humans, together, face the problems of living with openness and kindness and without pressure to perform. This is the essence of therapy.

Are you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or caught in patterns you can’t seem to shift? You may notice the same thoughts, feelings, or behaviours returning, despite your efforts to move forward. This can show up as anxiety, low mood, restlessness, frustration, or a sense that something isn’t quite right.

My clients often look like they’re coping. They appear capable and responsible, sometimes highly successful, yet privately they are often anxious, disconnected, self-critical or exhausted. Some carry complex trauma or PTSD; others just know something doesn’t feel right. Many have learned to be the strong one. They don’t just want symptom relief — they want to understand their patterns, feel calmer, build steadier relationships and feel at home in who they truly are. They want the opportunity of a therapeutic relationship that will help them heal from their emotional wounds and unburden themselves.

If you’re exhausted by shallow self-help, fake positivity, and constant pressure to be more productive, you’re not alone. Another podcast. Another morning routine. Another person online claiming they’ve mastered life while quietly falling apart behind the scenes. Meanwhile, you may still feel anxious, disconnected, stuck, lonely, overwhelmed, or unlike yourself underneath it all. I’m not especially interested in pretending life is simple or reducing people to diagnoses, labels, or productivity problems to solve.

Every individual has their own unique journey towards self-acceptance. In our work together, I will help you gain deeper insight into the challenges you are facing and consider ways to bring about meaningful change. We will mutually agree on a pace that feels right for you to start looking more deeply into what is causing you to suffer. Together, we'll explore ways to challenge negative or harmful patterns and identify healthier alternatives. My approach is primarily person-centered, though I may also draw from other therapeutic styles using a holisitic/psychospiritual lens to support the shift towards healing the whole self.

Do you often feel out of step with the world, exhausted by trying to fit in or keep up? You may be autistic or have ADHD, formally diagnosed or self-recognised, and perhaps are only beginning to understand how your neurodivergence has shaped your life experience. You might also be navigating patterns that no longer serve you such as overworking, relying on substances, or constantly pushing yourself - coping strategies that may have once helped you get by but now leave you feeling depleted, stuck, or disconnected from yourself.

My ideal clients—individuals, couples, and families—often feel stuck, weighed down by anxiety, low mood, or relationship challenges. They carry unresolved pain or struggle with life’s difficulties, seeking more than coping—they want clarity and renewed purpose. I help make sense of this stuckness by exploring the parts of self and relationships that are frozen or trapped. Through supportive yet challenging therapy, I guide clients to build insight, break free from old patterns, and create lasting positive change at their own pace.

In my experience we may all at times face hurdles too daunting to negotiate alone. I work with a wide range of issues focussing on clients who have suffered sexual abuse, as well as young people and adults experiencing stress, anxiety, trauma, panic attacks, depression and low self esteem. We may have issues and patterns of behaviour from the past that we are ready to leave behind. I offer a safe, confidential therapeutic space to be heard and feel safe. In some cases I work in the here and now, in others I believe in order to understand and find our inner resources to change present behaviour we need to delve into our past.

Hi, my name is Natasha, and I’m an Intuitive Counsellor. Intuitive counselling is a gentle yet profound process of understanding the difference between the conditioned mind and our intuitive self. The more we practice presence, the more we strengthen our ability to listen within. When we begin to observe how the mind becomes cluttered with thoughts from the past or worries about the future, we create space to return to the present moment — where clarity and truth naturally arise. From this awareness, we can start to recognise and release the beliefs and behaviours that no longer serve us.

Substance Use Counsellors
How do substance and drug recovery or rehabilitation programs work?
In inpatient programs, individuals live in a facility with other clients in recovery; in outpatient programs, individuals reside at home. These facilities are staffed with healthcare professionals including physicians, nurses, psychologists, counsellors, and psychotherapists. Staff often also includes people who have recovered themselves, serving as mentors and guides. These programs may use abstinence, harm reduction, detoxification, psychotherapy, and other methods.

How do 12-step programs combined with psychotherapy work?
Members of 12-step programs help each other reach abstinence and work to maintain it. These programs promote complete change in the individual’s emotional, mental, physical, and even spiritual perspectives. Some programs require that new members attend 90 meetings in 90 days. Many people do attend these programs in conjunction with their work in psychotherapy; the combination of therapy along with 12-step can be extremely effective.

How does harm reduction combined with psychotherapy work?
According to the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, harm reduction prevents death, injury, disease, overdose, and substance misuse. People who choose harm reduction for substance use reduce the amount of drugs they consume. It is not abstinence-based like a 12-step program, but combining harm reduction with psychotherapy proves to be effective for many people.

Are there specific medications for substance and drug use?
There are medications approved to treat substance use disorder—such as buprenorphine, methadone, naltrexone, and acamprosate. These medications do help people cope with substance use as well as avoid the problem of relapse. Naltrexone can help reduce cravings, methadone is an opioid medication used to treat severe pain, and acamprosate may help ease symptoms like poor sleep and anxious feelings.
