Needing some help is something that most of us can go through at some point in life, but by acknowledging you need some help you have already come a long way. Working together we can make a difference on how you cope with and live your life. Over the years I have worked in a variety of places helping people who are struggling with addiction, mental health and trauma. Working with issues such as fear, anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, stress, self harm, addiction, co dependency, anger, relationship issues and loss. I spent 2 years working in schools with young people as a school counsellor and take clients from aged 12 and up.
