I work with a range of mental health difficulties and emotional issues. These can be difficult and distressing times and therapy can, quite literally, be a life-saver. It can also be an exciting and challenging space for personal development, growth and exploration. Therapy will give you an opportunity to be heard without judgment and time to explore anything.

Seeking support is not easy, so welcome. No matter what the reason for contacting me you will be met with warmth, compassion and the space to explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. I practice in a non-judgemental way and my aim is to support your emotional well being and help you recognise the tools and inner strengths you have within you to live the best life you can. By exploring your thoughts and feelings it will help you make sense of them and empower you to make the right choices in moving forward.

I am a qualified psychotherapist having trained at the world renowned Tavistock and Portman NHS Trust. As well as running my own private practice I volunteered at Sutton Counselling & worked at an inpatient treatment centre for ex-service men and women dealing with PTSD. It is here, as well as a voluntary role with my local NHS IAPT service, that I gained extensive experience of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. Because of this training & experience I am able to offer short and long term therapy using both psychodynamic and CBT methods.
