issues, panic attacks, loss, chronic fatigue, other chronic conditions, burnout, stress, bullying, attachment issues, anxiety (including social anxiety, generalised anxiety and phobias), low self-esteem, low self-confidence, trauma and many types of abuse.
I am an integrative counsellor, adapting to your individuality by blending multiple methods and theories including (but not limited to) person-centred therapy, attachment theory, cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) and compassion focused therapy.
