I am a Clinical Psychologist with 15 + years’ experience working in various roles within the NHS, including a mainstream Child and Adolescent Service (CAMHS), an Adolescent Service and a Neurodevelopmental Service, where I specialised in diagnosing Autism & ADHD and supporting families and children post diagnosis.
I use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and third wave CBT (Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, Compassion Focused Therapy) approaches in my clinical work which I have found to be particularly helpful for young people. I also have experience using ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention) for difficulties such as OCD and emetophobia (fear of sick).

I work with complex trauma, HSP, ADHD, addiction and recovery, identity shifts, and the quiet exhaustion of always holding it together.
I work with adults who want a supportive space to explore what’s going on for them. You may be feeling anxious, low, burnt out or carrying more than you let on. My approach is pluralistic, which means I don’t fit you into a model — we find what works for you. Clients often tell me they value my warmth, steadiness and the sense of being met as a whole person.

Although we all face ups and downs throughout life, there are transitional phases which can present challenges to any of us. Be that, teenage years and into adulthood, or physical and emotional changes experienced by women each month, peri/post-natal and menopause. You may be struggling with an undiagnosed disorder or have been diagnosed, finding it difficult to come to terms with, and wondering what this means for you going forward. I also work with older adults who are transitioning into the latter part of their life and the challenges this can bring. These transitions can produce feelings of anxiety, depression and feeling stuck.

Welcome. Whatever has brought you to scroll these profiles, the right therapeutic relationship can help you be heard, seen and understood. The journey often starts in a place of discomfort: anxiety, bereavement, feeling lost, stuck or frustrated with repeated patterns of behaviour that you can't seem to shift (in life and relationships), physical or mental health problems or the pain of old wounds that haven't healed. These crisis moments are often a call to personal growth and development, and sometimes to find a new path in life. I can offer you a safe and non-judgemental space to explore your situation and begin to move forward.
