Life’s transitions often leave us feeling unfulfilled, anxious, or overwhelmed. These are the moments when support matters most. I work with clients who want to pause, reflect, and make sense of change—whether personal, relational, or professional. With advanced training in psychology, education, and counselling, I understand how deeply life’s pressures can shape our sense of self. My role is to offer a calm, grounded space where you can decompress, find perspective, and reconnect with what gives your life meaning.

Feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck in familiar patterns can be exhausting. You might notice past experiences still shaping how you see yourself, how you relate to others, or how safe you feel in the world. I offer a warm, collaborative space where we can gently explore what’s holding you back and support meaningful, lasting change. My aim is to help you develop greater self-understanding, self-compassion, and trust in yourself, so you can move through life with more ease and clarity.

Therapy is a journey of self-discovery — one that unfolds in the presence of another person who truly listens and supports you. As your therapist, my priority is to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and accepted. This foundation of trust is where meaningful change begins. In our sessions, we’ll work with the whole of who you are — your experiences, your relationships, your patterns, and your strengths. I draw on evidence-based approaches that I believe in deeply, but I also know that therapy is only effective when it’s tailored to you. You are a unique individual, and I’m committed to making therapy a personalised experience

I support individuals who may struggle with anxiety, low mood, ADHD, or relationship and family-based trauma that's affecting their everyday life, work, or sense of self.
Starting therapy can feel daunting, so I am offering a free 15-minute initial chat to make it easier to get started. My core approach is Person-Centred therapy, which means our sessions are led by you and what matters most in your life right now. I create a warm, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. I integrated my approach with coaching if you have specific goals you'd like to achieve, then we can work together on practical solutions, breaking down problems into manageable, doable next steps that reduce overwhelm and create space for growth.

Hi, I’m Jane, a therapist offering both online and face-to-face sessions. My approach is integrative, creative and grounding, drawing from different therapeutic models to suit your individual needs. I believe therapy is a space where you can explore what’s happening beneath the surface — whether that’s anxiety, self-doubt, relationship struggles, burnout, or a sense of feeling lost or disconnected. My aim is to help you reconnect with yourself and move toward a more balanced, authentic life. Sometimes that means working through painful memories or patterns; other times, it’s about rediscovering joy, purpose, and self-acceptance.

I am a General Therapist with experience with a wide variety of issues, I specialise in working with ADHD, Negative self talk and recovering from negative childhood influences (emotional abuse, bullying, neglect, etc).
I work from a base of a person centred and relational approach. That means building a relationship with you and exploring issues together, building an understanding of what the problem is. It's then about mapping out how we will work to tackle those problems, forming an agreement between us for how to work together moving forward.

Having discovered my own neurodiversity later in life, I now work particularly with teen and adult ND clients - ADHD, ADD, ASD - coming to terms with the implications of adult diagnosis, but I also work with those struggling with anxiety, stress, depression and bereavement.
I draw together personal experience with understanding. 20 years ago I was suicidally depressed. In recent years I have discovered that I am neurodiverse with strong OCD tendencies! Coming to terms successfully with an adult diagnosis is a matter of daily choices not abstract analysis.

I have over 20 years of therapeutic experience. I work online with autistic and neurodivergent adults and Couples based in the UK. I provide an accessible & compassionate service enabling people to learn about themselves and to address what is difficult in their lives. If we have not been sufficiently understood and accepted we may develop ways of being and doing that do not support our well being. With an understanding, trusted therapist we can begin to make sense of who we are, how we are and what has happened to us in our lives. We can be truer to ourselves and live with more confidence, ease and freedom.

My approach is inclusive towards those who are neurodiverse, with a extensive background in supporting those who face challenges related to specific presentations such as Autism and ADHD.
The heart of my work is grounded in the person-centred approach, but also considers other theories and modalities allowing me to become an integrative therapist. I value each individual’s uniqueness, strengths, and capacity for growth, and believe that true healing happens within a safe, non-judgemental relationship where you feel heard and accepted.

When should I seek treatment for ADHD?
You should seek treatment for ADHD if you consistently have difficulty with attention, hyperactivity, or impulsivity that interferes with your daily life. Symptoms of ADHD include the inability to sustain attention during tasks, difficulty organizing tasks and activities, being easily distracted, frequent fidgeting or squirming, and talking or interrupting excessively. If these symptoms interfere with your career, academics, or relationships—for example, consistently failing to complete professional projects on time—you should seek an evaluation for ADHD.

How does treatment for ADHD work?
Effective treatment for ADHD often consists of medication, behavioural therapy, and lifestyle changes. Stimulant medications such as Adderall and Ritalin work by altering levels of neurotransmitters in the brain; higher levels of dopamine and norepinephrine are known to improve attention and focus. Therapy works by helping people with ADHD understand the condition, discuss their areas of difficulty, and develop behavioral strategies to manage their symptoms. In some cases, modifying one’s diet and exercise can also help improve symptoms.

How long does treatment for ADHD take?
It’s tough to give an exact time frame because everyone varies. In terms of medications, stimulants begin to work very soon after you take them, generally within the hour. It may take time to identify the right medication and dosage, but the medication itself is fast-acting. In terms of therapy, it takes time to develop skills and put them into practice, but you will likely see improvements within a few weeks or months.
