You may be looking for therapy because something feels difficult—perhaps anxiety, overwhelm, low mood, or a sense of feeling stuck or not quite yourself. It may be something else entirely. You might not have a clear way of describing it, and that’s OK. I offer a safe space where we can explore what’s going on for you in a way that feels manageable. I will listen carefully to your story and work alongside you with warmth, curiosity, and respect. You may be longing not to feel alone in what you are experiencing, or you may be well used to dealing with things on your own, so seeking support may feel unnatural. I’m here to help.

I began as an anthropologist, seeking to understand other people's cultures from their own perspectives. Then my desire changed to facilitating direct positive shifts in other people's lives; lives spoilt by trauma, depression, anxiety, abuse, persecuted sexuality and lack of life direction. My work is now with private clients across anxiety and mood problems - generalized anxiety, OCD, PTSD, psychosexual problems and depression. I also work in depth on relationship problems which often link with anxiety. In Islington Mind I worked with LGBT clients including asylum seekers persecuted for their sexuality.

Does it seem like others are coping better, enjoying more successful lives or more fulfilling relationships? I'm here to help. Level 7-qualified, I work at depth- engaging with underlying patterns and processes- to support your journey of self-discovery, healing and personal growth. In practice since 2015, I have supported a diverse range of clients. I work with individuals, not issues per se, hence- whether we were undertaking short or longer-term therapy- I would focus upon engaging with you as a whole person; multifaceted, with a unique history and a distinct way-of-being.

I trained at the University of Nottingham, earning a first-class degree in Person-Centred Counselling Practice and Philosophy.
Welcome. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure where to turn, you’re not alone. Many of my clients come with a desire for clarity, self-understanding, and lasting change. I’m a person-centred counsellor / psychotherapist with 21 years’ experience supporting adults (18+) across private and corporate settings. Taking that first step can feel daunting, but it’s also an act of courage. I offer a safe, supportive space to explore who you are, what you need, and where you want to go.
