I offer online and in person counselling, and in doing so create a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere, one in which the possibility exists for continued growth, and the management of challenges as they arise.
There are occasions when difficult life experiences can create barriers to moving forward even though this may be your greatest desire. When difficult feelings seem overwhelming and begin to impact on personal development therapy can provide a supportive non-judgemental space which can help in moving towards growth and change. I offer a supportive caring service, a confidential space where it is possible to gain personal insight and awareness which support conditions for creating balance.

I offer online sessions across the UK and Europe, and in-person sessions in Nottingham.
Many people come to me because they feel stuck. It might be worry that will not settle, relationship patterns that keep repeating, or the frustrating experience of understanding yourself but nothing really changing. It can be painful to keep trying without feeling like you are moving forward. In our sessions we focus on the real sticking point: what keeps pulling you back into the same loop, and what needs to shift underneath it. To help you create the change that you're after.

Regardless of our background we all go through difficult moments in our lives, leaving us overwhelmed and often struggling with feelings that may be hard to understand. It could be because life events are hard to overcome, or you feel exploited and disempowered and would like that to change. Maybe you are sexually unfulfilled or dealing with sexual problems. It could be that you want to build the confidence to come out of the closet or just to find your sexual self and enjoy the intimacy you desire in your romantic relationships. Whatever the reason is that brings you to this point - it is ok to look for someone to talk to.

We’re living in a world where old values and safeties don’t exist. We’re doing more with less, every hour counts, and its exhausting. Jobs often drain us, and to survive in all this we can hide behind corporate masks, bottle things up, refuse to face things, let good communication slide, and find harmful or time wasting coping strategies take over. We often aren’t living the way we would want- or even how others want us to. I think talking about all this in safe place helps. And not just talking- getting insight with a skilled helper really works. Counselling can also be a “sandbox”- a place to say what we can’t with loved ones.

You might feel stuck, overwhelmed, exhausted from keeping it all together — or like you're constantly on edge without knowing why. Maybe you’ve tried to ‘snap out of it’ but nothing seems to help for long. Therapy can be a space where you don’t have to do that anymore. Together, we can begin to untangle what’s been weighing you down, explore new ways of coping, and start moving toward a life that feels more valuable, connected, and authentic. If you're unsure whether therapy is right for you, or if I'm the right fit, that’s okay! Let’s have a quick chat — no pressure.

I work relationally with adults who want to explore their inner world and make sense of their experiences in a way that feels thoughtful and supportive. My approach centres on respecting your autonomy and complexity. Rather than focusing on fixing problems, we attend to what matters most to you and how you understand your life. Therapy offers time and space to pause, reflect, and better understand yourself—particularly during periods of anxiety, emotional overwhelm, relationship difficulties, or major life transitions.

Finding a therapist who you feel you can trust and open up to may feel daunting. My practice focuses on offering you a confidential, safe and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace and in a way that allows you to process what is going on for you. What a therapy session will look like is not prescriptive and will depend on what you bring. Understanding your unique experience of the world will be the starting point on which to build a relationship together, where we can develop understanding, awareness and insight into whatever difficulties you are experiencing.
