I have been lucky enough in my career to date to work with some incredibly inspiring and brave individuals who have been at a crossroads in their life. Sometimes making change felt frightening or impossible due to past beliefs, stuck patterns of behaviour or limiting thought processes. Others were struggling to move on after devastation, illness, loss or identity crisis. I believe it is a privilege to be able to guide those in need at these times due to the courage and vulnerability they show. They are asking from the heart for a new beginning - to break from the past, not feel scared by the future and live truly in the present.

I work with what you wish to explore in your therapy sessions, including amongst many presentations; complex PTSD, borderline personality disorder (PBD), generational trauma, ASD, childhood adversity.
EXPLORE - EXPERIENCE - ENGAGE - EMPOWER How we feel can impact on our world significantly. Talking through thoughts and feelings at our own pace can be a helpful way to explore what may lie at the root of pain and difficulty. My endeavour as a PERSON CENTRED NATURE THERAPIST is to work alongside you in finding your way back to a space of balance and wellbeing within. PERSON CENTRED therapy is at the very core of how I work therapeutically and NATURE deepens and inspires that process. Combining these approaches can be a way to explore thoughts and feelings and facilitate healing.

Together, we can explore how the past may be influencing the present, including trauma, complex bereavement, adverse childhood experiences, and family dynamics.
Often, we develop self-destructive or unhelpful coping behaviours as a way of managing painful feelings. I can help you understand these patterns and support you in developing healthier ways of coping. Sometimes, understanding why we feel and respond in certain ways can begin to repair the effects of shame, despair, and emptiness.

I am a registered Clinical Psychologist and qualified ADHD coach who works with adults who have ADHD or suspect they have ADHD. Many have spent years feeling misunderstood, overwhelmed, or different from others. Some have recently received a diagnosis, while others are only just beginning to explore the possibility that ADHD may be part of their story. Many clients come to me after years of struggling with anxiety, emotional overwhelm, burnout, relationship difficulties, or feeling that life is harder than it should be. Often, they've developed coping strategies that helped them get through day-to-day life but no longer serve them.
