Anxiety Counselling in Norwich
I am an analytical psychologist, psychotherapist, and supervisor based in Cambridge. While I work with a wide variety of people who have a range of issues and concerns, each person who comes to see me is special and each problem or concern they have is unique to them. Some of the concerns and issues that bring people to contact me are deep trauma and feelings of desperation, while others find themselves faced with an unexpected situation or difficult decision or want to explore and develop a deeper understanding of their life experience.

Whether you are experiencing depression, anxiety, addiction/dependency issues, trauma or an anxiety disorder, person-centred counselling is able to relate to your own personal experiencing.
Not currently accepting new clients. I am a qualified person-centred counsellor working with adults and young people. I offer in-person only. Whether your issues are related to the past, or are rooted in the present, counselling can help to alleviate the ways these events affect you and your relationships. Exploring our feelings and how these events have affected us can help to improve our self-worth, self-esteem and self-compassion. As we feel better about ourselves we are able to experience improved relationships and make more positive life choices.

My goal is to provide you with a supportive space where you can explore anything that is going on for you with no worry that you are being judged or that you need to be anything but yourself.
Life can sometimes be challenging, and it can be helpful to explore it with someone. I work in a Person-Centred way, and I aim to provide a non-judgemental space for you to explore what might be interfering with the way you want to live your life. I can offer support for a range of issues including anxiety, depression and abuse. I can also support those who just want to make a change in their life but are not sure how. I believe that you are the expert on yourself and that you will know what is troubling you.

We all hold within us the potential to thrive, my aim is to support you in achieving this so you can live a happier and more fulfilling life going forwards, whatever you have faced in the past. Too often we try to (or feel we should) cope alone, leaving us isolated in our suffering. In our sessions, we will gently and compassionately explore your situation together in a supportive and safe environment to help empower you to make the changes you wish to make.
