I'm Marina, a psychologist with a Master's in Clinical Psychology at the Jungian Studies Centre in São Paulo and a PhD Course in Human Sexuality in Portugal.
I specialize in sexual problems, sexual pleasure and sexual diversity (LGBT+). How can our sexuality be fully lived nowadays, with non-judgmental thoughts? And mostly, with pleasure and connection? Sometimes we might feel disconnected to ourselves, feeling trapped in invisible prisons and I can help you to find ways back to yourself.

I love to integrate TA with Jungian Analysis & Parts Work Theory.
Hello! My name is Ruby. I am a Psychotherapist offering therapy, coaching and supervision to therapists. I have always been interested in learning about people and what brings them meaning in life. I have been lucky enough to learn from so many individuals life stories. I have worked with those who have struggled with self esteem, body image, a sense of self and what they have to offer. As well as individuals who have desired connection but have found themselves repeating painful relationship dynamics. I am passionate about working with individuals and couples and helping them break from painful cycles of repeating these dynamics.

I use tailored techniques to deliver art therapy that is individualised to the clients needs. I work with trauma-informed application, as a method to connect with the clients needs and best support them through therapy. I have a high success rate form sensory interventions which move at the client's pace. I believe self discovery is something that we are constantly discovering about ourselves, this I feel, enables us to accept past experiences and to be able to grown from these, as we build strength in our self belief.

I understand that for some people starting therapy may feel daunting. I am interested in building a strong, supportive relationship. My style is warm, genuine, non-judgemental and hopeful. I strongly believe in hope, you may come to therapy feeling ‘hopeless’, if you do, I believe my role is to carry hope, until you are ready to do so yourself. I am interested in people’s stories and finding meaning and making sense of patterns and repetitive unhelpful behaviour. I will encourage self-kindness and quietening internal harsh voices. I may challenge false beliefs about yourself.

this is therapy - reimagined for the modern mind. where science meets spirituality to create a space for profound healing across mind, body and soul.healing doesn’t happen through words alone — it happens when the body feels safe enough to let go, to feel, release and rewire. this work isn’t about fixing you, because you’re not broken. it’s about giving you the tools, practices, and presence to trust - feel, move, and express yourself in a way that opens up life again. my job is to walk alongside you until you remember: you’ve had the medicine all along.

Let’s face it, life can be hard. To tackle the challenges we endure day-to-day, it’s essential to build a good psychological foundation and increase our fortitude. Without a balanced lifestyle our bodies and minds become less resilient. Are you struggling to move forward? My life philosophy is simple – be consistent and things will change for you. Work with me if you want to create healthier habits/behaviours and relinquish old beliefs that have weighed you down.

How does Jungian therapy work?

Jungian therapy, also called analytical psychology, focuses on a patient’s inner experiences and unconscious mind. Exploring a person’s unconscious mind can be achieved through several means, including the analysis of memories and dreams, and through physical exercises, such as art, dance, and word association.

How long does Jungian therapy last?

Jungian therapy is an intensive treatment type. Because its goal is to understand a person as a whole, including the unconscious aspects of them, treatment can range from months to years. Since patients learn the theory behind Jungian therapy during treatment, they can also practice its tenets throughout life after therapy sessions have completed.

Is Jungian therapy effective?

According to studies, many patients find success with Jungian therapy, and the century-old treatment has a devoted following. Researchers note that the therapy is particularly useful in improving relationships, self-esteem, anxiety, and depression. Improvements in problem areas seem to continue even after the end of Jungian therapy, as people are able to continue working on themselves using the tools they’ve learned during the treatment.

Is Jungian therapy evidence-based?

Jungian therapy is theory-based, derived from the theories of Carl Jung, a Swiss psychiatrist often called one of the fathers of psychology, along with Sigmund Freud. Jung developed his theories from observing the problems of patients, and developed many theories of how the mind works. Subsequent psychological research has determined that Jungian therapy can lead to significant improvement in most patients.
