Neurodivergent counselling for ADHD, autistic and AuDHD adults and young people. Nobody arrives here because they haven't tried. You have tried everything and been quietly blamed for still struggling anyway. Children are sometimes called lazy for freezing at the school gate. Adults are praised for coping so well while unravelling behind a closed door. What brings people here isn't a lack of effort. It's years of being handed the wrong tool and told to hold it differently. They stop hunting for another hack. They start looking for someone who asks what their mind is really doing, not what it's supposed to be doing. We live it too.
