Listen, I get it. Whether you're drowning in grief after losing your baby or pregnant again and terrified, this is hard! Maybe you're both—grieving while growing a new life. People keep saying stupid things like "at least you're pregnant again" or "everything happens for a reason" (seriously?!). You're stuck bouncing between overwhelming sadness and paralysing anxiety. Dreading every scan. Feeling guilty when you smile. Wondering if you'll ever feel "normal" again. Some days you can barely breathe. Your babyloss matters, whether it was yesterday or years ago and if you're pregnant after loss? That constant fear? It's real!

Many of us can be our own harshest critic...never feeling good enough, never feeling as if we are "enough", not wanted or unloveable...these thoughts understandably have a big impact on our wellbeing and day to day functioning. It's not just you that feels this way - many of us struggle with these thoughts and feelings at times, but particularly if we've experienced adversity or trauma, this may have become the "norm" in the way we think about ourselves. But this can change. And when we start to think about ourselves and relate differently to ourselves, the world feels like a much better place!

I have also previously worked in services supporting Military Veterans. I am passionate about empowering individuals to find ways to make positive changes to their lives and heal from past trauma, and am able to adapt my approach based on your specific needs.
