Dr Jennie Larsson
Psychologist, PsychD, HCPC - Clin. Psych.
I worked for over 15 years as a psychologist within the NHS with a wide range of difficulties including anxiety, depression, grief, stress, relationship struggles, emotional difficulties and eating disorders.
Many people struggle with mental health difficulties at different times in their lives and can feel like it’s hard to make sense of this, and my goal is to help people to understand and improve their mental health. I'm a qualified Senior Clinical Psychologist and Cognitive Analytic Therapist (CAT). I love using CAT and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) to help people gain an understanding of the way they relate to themselves and those around them and why they may struggle with this at times, and to help them to learn how to make changes to these patterns and find alternate ways of approaching different situations.

This allows the child to direct me to the heart of their worry or confusion, where the child will explore ways to find solutions to their difficulties.
Does your child find it hard to manage emotions, behaviour, friendships, or struggle with hyperactivity? Play Therapy offers children and young people (ages 4–16) a supportive space to explore their feelings, understand themselves, and make sense of the world around them. Your child can experiment with solutions to difficulties, and develop healthy ways of coping. This not only supports their physical and cognitive growth but also nurtures wellbeing and happiness. By using art, clay, sand play, small world, movement, music and therapeutic story telling, your child can explore even the biggest or most difficult feelings.

Many of my clients decide to work with me because something significant is changing in their life. A decision to be made at a crossroads. Relationship difficulties. The devastation of a loss or bereavement. Career transition. Questions of personal identity. It is at times like these that having someone neutral to talk to can be so valuable.

I have experience supporting individuals to navigate the weight of anxiety and/or depression, and to rebuild self-esteem.
I practice as an Integrative Therapist. This means I don't believe in a "one size fits all" approach. Instead, I adapt my methods to meet your specific needs, blending the empathy of Person-Centred Therapy with the practical insights of Transactional Analysis (TA) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).

Counselling should be with someone you feel safe and comfortable with, can truly be yourself with and express your feelings to without fear of judgment.
Integrative therapy is tailored to the needs of each client, recognising we are all unique and therapy should be flexible as the therapeutic journey continues. While I offer support in many areas of Mental Health I help clients explore emotions behind Anger, self Harm, low mood and relationship issues. Stress and anxiety are also key areas of my practice.

I'm Craig, a therapist specialising in working with eating disorders and body image issues. Are thoughts about food or your body ruling your life? You've probably tried to change before, to eat less, eat more "normally" or promise yourself tomorrow will be different, but nothing seems to last for long. I work online with adults across the UK, supporting people with a range of food and body issues including: binge eating, compulsive eating, bulimia, anorexia, ARFID, body dysmorphia, and disordered eating that doesn’t fit into a clear category.
