I use breath work, mindfulness, body work and
approaches where necessary as i believe in their ability to help ground and bring awareness to the body.
Sometimes, we try to make sense of our world, thoughts, feelings and emotions. We might find ourselves repeating patterns of behaviour in our present lives due to past experiences/patterns. My aim is to help you shift mental blocks, untangle complex emotions, resolve issues and reveal new perspectives. Whether it’s self-development or addressing emotional and psychological issues, I will work with you Psychodynamically and in a Person-centred way as the need arises. Delivering both online and face to face therapies in the centre of Edinburgh, we will work together to address emotional, traumatic and spiritual issues.
