As a Clinical Psychologist, I've trained in a diverse range of evidence-based therapeutic models. This broad experience allows me to tailor an approach that truly fits your unique needs. My toolkit includes Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), with a special interest in Schema Therapy, as well as formal training in Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT) and experience delivering Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) interventions.

Being worried and anxious can effect our whole lives. It may mean that we start to complete rituals to combat this anxiousness or it may mean that we avoid things (e.g. going to school) and stop doing things we previously enjoyed (e.g. social activities like clubs or hobbies). Similarly, if we feel low it might be difficult to get out of bed or be active. We might feel different to others, like we don’t fit in or we are not good enough. We may also be experiencing urges to self-harm or be having suicidal thoughts. Together, we can explore these thoughts and outline a plan to help you to feel better.
