I work with individuals aged 14 and above, supporting a wide range of issues, including depression, anxiety, body image, disordered eating, self-harm, sexuality, LGBTQI matters, ADHD, neurodiversity, and challenges related to blended families.
From my own experience of receiving counselling, I understand how daunting it can feel to sit with a stranger and share feelings that may be challenging, deeply hidden, or even tied to shame. My style is intuitive, engaging, and empathetic—I strive to actively listen to you and create a space where you feel heard. And yes, sometimes we might even laugh!

Specialising in ASD, ADHD, anxiety and depression, helping children/young people to make sense of their experiences.
Emotional and psychological difficulties can occur at any age and growing up can be challenging, it can often leave children feeling out of control. Neurodivergent children may have the additional barrier of being unable to communicate their problems which may further heighten anxieties and leave them feeling unable to cope, this is often expressed through challenging behaviours, withdrawal, eating disorders or self-harm. Reaching out for support can be overwhelming but it is the first step in helping to understand behaviours, feelings and emotions.

I'm also neurodivergent ( ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia), which brings lived empathy to my work.
Hi, I’m Coral — I’m really glad you’re here. Sometimes we feel disconnected — from ourselves, others, or life. That disconnection can show up in many ways: mood swings, burnout, anger, low mood, people-pleasing, or relationship struggles. You might feel something’s off or like you’ve lost touch with who you are. However it shows up, you’re welcome here — exactly as you are. I offer a supportive, non-judgmental, empathetic, and honest space to explore what’s going on inside. Together, we can untangle what’s happening, process your previous experiences, reconnect with your sense of self, and move toward lasting change.

You may be exploring ADHD, autism or AuDHD, waiting for an assessment, or adjusting to a diagnosis and trying to make sense of what it means for you.
I specialise in working with ADHD and autism, as well as the push and pull of both conditions in AuDHD. This is a space where your neurodivergence is understood and welcomed, not something to be fixed or worked around. You don't need a diagnosis to work with me. If something resonates, that's enough.

I’m a cognitive behavioural psychotherapist supporting people aged 14+ to build self-esteem and navigate life with ADHD.
Therapy is a partnership — a space to explore life’s challenges, openly and honestly. Therapy is centred on you and its where important changes can begin. We’ll bring curiosity to your thoughts, feelings and behaviours — and how certain patterns may be keeping you stuck. From there, we’ll work towards lasting changes with more clarity and confidence.

There are lots of reasons someone might think about therapy; maybe you’re navigating a tricky life event, wanting to understand yourself a bit better, or looking for support with anxiety, stress, or other emotional challenges. Even deciding to start therapy can feel like a journey in itself. And then there’s the next step: finding a therapist who feels like a good fit. I work with a wide range of issues, including but not limited to: anxiety, emotional overwhelm, family challenges, life purpose, spirituality, racial identity, self-esteem, and confidence.

A central part of my practice is working with neurodivergent clients — including those who identify with autism, ADHD, sensory sensitivity, or simply experience the world in a way that hasn’t always felt fully understood.
At the heart of my work is a deep respect for the uniqueness of each person. My approach is relational and person-centred, meaning I don’t see myself as the expert on your life. Instead, we explore together — at a pace that feels right for you — in a space that’s attuned, grounded, and most importantly non-judgemental.

When should I seek treatment for ADHD?
You should seek treatment for ADHD if you consistently have difficulty with attention, hyperactivity, or impulsivity that interferes with your daily life. Symptoms of ADHD include the inability to sustain attention during tasks, difficulty organizing tasks and activities, being easily distracted, frequent fidgeting or squirming, and talking or interrupting excessively. If these symptoms interfere with your career, academics, or relationships—for example, consistently failing to complete professional projects on time—you should seek an evaluation for ADHD.

How does treatment for ADHD work?
Effective treatment for ADHD often consists of medication, behavioural therapy, and lifestyle changes. Stimulant medications such as Adderall and Ritalin work by altering levels of neurotransmitters in the brain; higher levels of dopamine and norepinephrine are known to improve attention and focus. Therapy works by helping people with ADHD understand the condition, discuss their areas of difficulty, and develop behavioral strategies to manage their symptoms. In some cases, modifying one’s diet and exercise can also help improve symptoms.

How long does treatment for ADHD take?
It’s tough to give an exact time frame because everyone varies. In terms of medications, stimulants begin to work very soon after you take them, generally within the hour. It may take time to identify the right medication and dosage, but the medication itself is fast-acting. In terms of therapy, it takes time to develop skills and put them into practice, but you will likely see improvements within a few weeks or months.
