I work with a range of emotional challenges, including anxiety, depression, loneliness, bereavement and trauma, as well as self-esteem and relationship difficulties.
I also provide supervision to both trainee and qualified counsellors, and am a qualified counselling tutor. I have long-standing experience of providing play therapy and holistic support in schools.
