I offer face-to-face sessions, online via WhatsApp and telephone sessions.
People, have the basic desire to be listened to, understood, and helped when needed. This is not always common in our world. However, this is exactly what I offer in a calm, genuine way. I help with addictions and neurodiversity in it's may forms. Addiction and neurodiversity can be linked due to self-medicating. Using one to help with the other is common. Trauma can play a big part in addictions and can be masked by our using. There are difficulties that underlie each and every one of us. Some are very obvious and some we hide hoping no one will notice. This can be very tiring and eventually become a huge burden that we carry.

I offer in-person sessions at Midhurst, West Sussex and online sessions.
I work with individuals seeking therapy. There are all sorts of reasons why someone might be considering counselling. For some, it may be an issue that dates back many years - a trauma or experience that has felt too big or painful to address. For others it might be a more current issue or crisis that is causing a sense of overwhelm or stuck-ness. Often, there can be repeating patterns of behaviour or thinking that get in the way of living life more fully. Simply put: if it matters to you, it matters, and I am here to help you make better sense of yourself, your feelings and any difficulties you might be grappling with.

I offer in-person psychotherapy sessions.
Difficulties addressed in therapy can include anxiety, fear, depression, sadness, loneliness, suicidal thoughts, stress, work and relational issues. Sometimes we may need extra support with a difficult experience in our lives. If you feel that you have areas of your emotional life, past or present, which feel outside of your control and that you would like to work on, or understand in more depth, then Psychotherapy might be for you.

I wonder how life is for you right now, maybe something difficult has happened or perhaps you are struggling with feelings and reactions that make life a challenge? Whatever's going on for you, it can be hard to find the right words to explain how you're feeling. I will work with you to discover what may be stuck, troubling or holding you back and how to move forward. My personal style is to be gentle, patient, warm and creative. I believe change emerges when we are really seen, heard and valued; the therapy journey is created together in which we explore what works best for you in session. I use a trauma informed approach.
