Hello, I'm Karen, a qualified Adult Psychotherapist working face-to-face in Midhurst and online via Zoom. I recognize that starting therapy can be daunting, but being able to explore any issues that are worrying you with a trained therapist can bring enormous change and freedom. I have learnt from experience how the past and present can influence our lives and the way we function on a daily basis.
