Are you baffled by your relationship with a narcissist?
Are you exhausted by the mind games, gaslighting, and deceit?
Have your friends grown tired of hearing you talk about the same issues?
Don't worry, you're not alone. Narcissistic abuse is real and NOT all therapists get it. Narcs are sly, conniving, and incredibly devious. Until you've experienced their abuse, it's hard to understand. This often leads to victims feeling increasingly isolated, which exacerbates the narcissist's control and creates fertile ground for further abuse. It's no wonder such relationships compromise your sanity.

Sometimes it's about coping strategies and supporting my clients through a tough time or loss, want to change something about how they feel, think or behave, many look to free themselves of the past whilst some aren't sure exactly what they need, they simply feel the struggle to be happy in their life or relationships. You'll find I'm patient and calm by nature, have a compassionate and mature approach to helping, intuitively sense some things are really tough to talk about and whilst I will help you with ideas and tools to reduce symptoms and which can also speed up meaningful change between sessions, note: you will get to direct, manage your own destiny. I have always seen my role as guiding my client to see difficulties you stuck and with my help how to overcome them. My aim is always for my clients to be able to leave feeling confident in knowing their own well being long term.

Many of the people I work with are high‑functioning adults navigating stress, anxiety, trauma or identity pressures. They often feel overwhelmed, pulled between responsibilities and their own needs, or caught in patterns shaped by family, culture or past experiences. They’re thoughtful, resilient and aware that something deeper needs attention. Therapy supports them to feel more grounded, break old cycles, improve relationships and reconnect with a clearer sense of self.

Therapy means different things to different people. For some, it's about changing a particular behaviour or learning to better manage emotions. For others, it's a space to unpack experiences and gain deeper understanding. Sometimes it's all of these—or something else entirely. My strength lies in helping clients explore, reflect and make sense of their inner world. I aim to create a space that’s safe, accepting, and non-directive, so we can work together to understand why you feel, think, or behave the way you do. Through insight, we can uncover new ways of relating to yourself and others, helping you move toward the life you want.

Sometimes our relationships might not be fulfilling or work can seem pointless or unsatisfactory. This can manifest in distressing thoughts, painful feelings and unhelpful behaviours. Our work together will help you to live a more rich and meaningful life.

Something isn't working. It might be a pressure that builds, a relationship that's shifted, or a low hum of anxiety or depression you keep trying to outpace. Sometimes it traces back further — to trauma, to loss, to a childhood in which care was inconsistent or absent, and you learned to manage without letting it show.
I work with adults and young people carrying these kinds of difficulties — including trauma, depression, anxiety, childhood neglect, and neurodiversity. Together we look beneath the surface, without a fixed script.
