Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is a talking therapy that helps people work out their unhelpful thought and behaviour patterns and to learn techniques to modify these. We will work together to understand what the problem is, how it has developed and what is keeping it stuck in order to work out what can be done to change things. Please feel free to call me and we can have a brief chat about what is bothering you to work out if CBT is the right therapy for you, and if I’m the right therapist. I am also able to offer 'walk and talk' walking therapy if appropriate.
