Welcome, I’m Joy (she/they). I’m a qualified psychotherapist working with individuals and couples online. With particular experience in LGBTQIA+, Neurodivergence & the Performing Arts, I offer a compassionate, sincere and confidential space for individuals and couples to work through their experiences. My practice is trauma-informed and neuro-affirming, which means I am comfortable working with trauma-based and neurodiverse frameworks. Mostly, though, I am interested in you, and supporting you with the courageous decision to get to know yourself better.

Have you lived with anxiety or depression, and need someone to help you unravel what keeps you in distress? Perhaps you feel behind in life, and struggle to know what stops you from moving forward. I am here to help you to live more authentically, to explore your relationship with different parts of yourself, and to help you move from being stuck to a more flexible way of experiencing. I help my clients to build a compassionate relationship with themselves. The goal is that clients begin to feel able to cope with difficult feelings and situations, make decisions that align with their values, and strengthen their relationships.

I work one-on-one, both face-to-face and online. I offer as many sessions as you need, providing you with a place to explore your problems safely, without judgement. You can arrive at therapy with a goal, however vague.

Hello, I’m Rebecca. I will be by your side as you explore whatever you wish to share, accepting all parts of you and bringing all parts of myself. As a person-centred therapist I offer a space that is non-judgemental, open and supportive. I offer you space that is just for you, to have the time to be heard and express yourself. I'm passionate about social justice and embed this in my practice, curious about how your identities and life experiences are felt and perceived. It feels like a really hard time to be queer and/or trans at the moment, I'm here to hold you and have understanding and experience.

I am proudly a combination of Autistic and ADHD. AuDHD has a nice ring to it. I draw on 15 years of experience in private practice as well as lived experience of being neurodivergent. I work exclusively with Autistic and/or ADHD people who do not have learning disabilities. This used to be called the Asperger category of Autism. Although these people are considered to be high functioning, I am careful using this term. It can cover up the deep seated struggles under the facade of “doing well”. My approach is to help you thrive as an Autistic / ADHD person rather than cope with symptoms by carrying on living a neurotypical life.

I'm a neurodivergent queer non-binary counsellor and I bring this lived experience to my practice. Seeking support can be a big decision, and I want to make this process feel as safe for you as possible. I like to be myself in the therapy room, and work to create the right environment for you to be able to do the same. My work is rooted in an anti-oppressive stance, and my practice is always consent-led and trauma-informed. I have worked with a diverse range of clients and issues, and have specialist experience with the LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent communities.

As a non-binary and gender transitioning specialist counsellor, I understand the unique challenges faced by LGBTQ+ couples and individuals in the UK. My ideal clients grapple with issues of identity, acceptance, and relationship dynamics. They seek a supportive space to explore their gender and sexual identities, manage minority stress, and strengthen their relationships. They aim to build resilience, enhance self-acceptance, and foster deeper connections with their partners and communities, seeking to feel seen, heard, and validated in a society that often misunderstands them.

If life is feeling more difficult than you think it should be, I'm here for you to work it through. I specialise in working with: LGBTQIA+ adults, neurodivergent adults, eating disorders, supporters/families of above. You may want to come to me to talk about struggles around sexuality, gender or relationships or you may want to talk to me about something else safe in the knowledge that I’m not going to try to pin your struggles down to an aspect of your identity that you’re perfectly comfortable with (as many people have reported with non-queer therapists). Drop me an email or check out my website or Instagram for more info.

In my client work, I draw on my background in psychology, philosophy and systemic therapy, as well as psychodynamic therapy and attachment theory which looks at the unconscious relational processes between us and finds links between what you're experiencing in the present and your early childhood and family experiences. My supervision approach is both psychodynamic and integrative.

Do you feel like the world gets in your way? Do you feel like no one sees you for who you really are? This is a space for you to talk through your feelings or whatever is on your mind at your own pace. My previous clients have included autistic people, people with ADHD, and people from the LGBTQIA+ community, and I have lived experience of navigating barriers as a disabled person who is a wheelchair user. I believe in affirming people's identity as they see themselves, by using your preferred name and pronouns.

The version of ourselves that we want to be - or that we need to be – can change, from year to year, month to month, even day to day. This is challenging enough to navigate but, when our mental health takes a turn, it can suddenly all get a bit much, can't it? Sometimes we can't do it alone and that’s OK. That's where I can help. That outside voice who isn't in the situation, who can listen without judging, and give you the space you n I believe in affordable counselling for all, and that's why my online sessions start at £20. I also offer Pay What You Can sessions for those unwaged or on a low income. Message me for more info.

Nice to meet you! I'm Cass. An integrative therapist based in South Yorkshire currently offering online and telephone therapy. Here to collaborate and help people with any support they may be looking for. My approach with therapy is the ideology of taking the clinical, cold side out of the equation and creating something that people can really feel free to be themselves in. I understand that it can be hard to take the first step, and even harder to do the work. I can help support you with that journey, in a judgement free and safe space to heal and grow.

I'm Kai, an individual and relationship therapist, specialising in gender, sexual, erotic and relationship diversity (GSERD). Issues that you want to bring to therapy can be focussed on this diversity, but I also work with a range of other issues, and your GSER diversity may not be the primary focus. However, working with someone who is sensitive and alert to the complexities of diverse expression can still be useful, and foster a feeling of safety and understanding in the therapeutic relationship.
