La perdita ci cambia. Può sconvolgere completamente il nostro mondo, sia che arrivi attraverso la morte di una persona cara, la perdita di un animale amato, la fine di una relazione, la perdita di identità o un grande cambiamento nella vita. Ognuna di queste perdite porta con sé un proprio peso, e nessuna esperienza è mai uguale a un’altra. Queste esperienze spesso portano con se emozioni valide come ansia, tristezza, rabbia, stanchezza, sopraffazione, sentirsi smarriti o una sensazione di disconnessione da sé stessi.
