Creative Therapy Counselling in Manchester
My clients are individuals who are struggling to make sense of how they are feeling and situations they are going through.
They may be experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, low confidence, low self esteem, Imposter Syndrome, relationship issues, bereavement, OCD etc.
They come to therapy because they need support. They may have been managing alone for a long time and have finally reached a point where they know something needs to change.
They want to feel better, think more clearly and reconnect with who they really are, gain back control and feel more confident and in control.
That is exactly how I help.

Hi, I’m Cat, an experienced, neuro-affirming, integrative Counsellor (MBACP/MNCPS Acc.), LI-CBT Psychotherapist and Attachment Specialist who’s worked therapeutically with children (6+), teens and adults for over 20 years in several professional roles, including Family Support, Youth Justice, Public Health, Prisons, CAMHS contracts and NHS Talking Therapies.
When working in NHS Talking Therapies, I witnessed the frustrations of clients who wanted more connection and depth in therapy, to feel seen, heard and understood. This fuelled my passion to offer a personalised practice, working at your pace and focusing on what matters to you.
