Welcome, I'm Lucy, An Integrative Person Centered & EMDR trained Therapist with special experience in Attachment. Online/Telephone/Skype sessions available. I work with adults, children & young people. I will provide a therapeutic space for you or your child to explore what is troubling you. I have special experience in Self-Harm, Self esteem issues & adoption. I promise to be accepting & non-judgemental & to provide a confidential space for you to explore your world. I offer a free consultation via telephone & I work in both Rossendale & Manchester City Centre. My fees are between £45-60 location dependent.

Life can feel busy, messy and out of control a lot of the time, whether it be caused by a specific life even like a trauma or bereavement, or maybe it is an accumulation of stressors in your personal, home and work life, whatever it may be, sometimes we just need a little extra support to get us through those difficult times. I have experience working with a variety of concerns, including trauma, relationship difficulties, work related stress/burn out, anxiety, depression, self harm, bereavement, anger management, self esteem, domestic abuse, gender identity, and much more.

As a psychotherapist and counsellor, I work with people who want to overcome depression, anxiety, stress, relationship issues, trauma, and other types of emotional pain. I am here to help you explore and process your experiences so you can get unstuck, find relief from your painful emotions, and live a happier, more satisfying life. I have experience working with various types of emotional distress and my clients usually find relief after just a few sessions. I have an MSc in Integrative Psychotherapy from Manchester Metropolitan University, a BSc in Psychology, and a Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling.
