I have lots of passion and empathy around supporting struggling children, young people and adults, including families and parent/Carers. Life can be pretty tough at times and we all need a lift or an listening ear, this can often be more beneficial with a neutral person to share our worries with. Helping us to see another perspective, or perhaps a way to move forward, or coping strategies just to get through the day. I believe that our relationship is key and my focus is based around understanding your needs and that I am led by you at your pace. I work for 12 Swindon schools as well as running an independent private practice.
I offer individual psychological therapy for adults. My main specialism is working with people who are living with long-term physical health conditions, such as ME/CFS, Fibromyalgia and chronic pain. I can also offer help with a range of common emotional and mental health difficulties. I aim to provide a warm, non-judgemental and supportive space in which my clients can feel safe to explore their difficulties and make positive changes. After a detailed assessment, I will develop a treatment plan in collaboration with you. This will be based on evidence-based therapeutic approaches, as well as your personal needs and preferences.
