I help adults and young people who are facing challenges like depression, anxiety, health anxiety, panic attacks, OCD and PTSD. I will conduct an individualised assessment to establish needs and why they are now looking for support. I will set goals collaborative with clients and do a formulation which will help clients to make sense of their problems.

I work with most presenting issues in children & adults. I specialise in brain-based therapies that I integrate with talking therapies. My specialist area is psychological trauma and emotional regulation found in most issues. I have 40 years experience in the NHS, Private & Voluntary sectors with children, couples & adults.
