About
Life does not always go the way we would want it to go. No matter your age or background, you may find yourself in painful, complicated, and perplexing circumstances, requiring support as you navigate the challenges. At Beacon of Hope Counselling Services, I provide holistic multicultural counselling with a goal to enrich lives and help others to resolve core issues and patterns of personal struggle. Whether you struggle with anxiety, depression, parenting challenges, relationship issues or any other issue, you should know that there is hope for a better tomorrow. Hope provides new light for reassurance that change can happen.
I believe that counselling is a powerful tool to discover hope, healing and overcome barriers. I seek to help people discover the best in themselves while overcoming any challenges they may be experiencing. I help them envision a better future for themselves and motivate them to take steps to make it happen.
Recognising the different lived realities we all face, and encompassing cultural sensitivity, my counselling approach is driven by building a trusting counselling relationship based on empathy and compassion. Collaboratively, we will work to identify your strengths that can be enhanced and changes you can make to minimise emotional and behavioural issues.
