I’m passionate about helping you make more of your life, whether you want to work on personal, psychological, relationship, mental health or spiritual issues or to find more meaning, fulfilment, purpose and happiness in life. I have a Masters degree (with Distinction) in Person-Centred Counselling & Psychotherapy Practice. I offer short and long term counselling and psychotherapy, and counselling supervision. I help men, women and couples of many professions, occupations and nationalities, from 18 upwards in UK and (online) overseas. I provide individual sessions, couples sessions and am a qualified counselling supervisor.
My approach is non-judgmental, helping you gain new self-understandings and make improvements in your life, work and relationships. I help people with personal and psychological problems and those wanting more happiness or to improve already positive aspects of their lives. I am also a supervisor qualified to provide supervision to other counsellors.
I bring my life experience and knowledge to help you. I'm from Glastonbury, have worked in industry, law and university teaching. I have a black belt in ki-aikido & PhD in enlightenment. I’ve counselled at a NHS hospital, charity and privately.
