As we move through life we will experience many changes, some for the better, some leaving us with feelings that may start to impact on other areas of our lives. It can feel very scary when suddenly things that didn't used to worry or distress us seem now to be a problem. Or it could be that you just need to understand why you feel the way you do about certain situation. We can feel lonely and isolated within the problem, this is when counselling can give you the space to explore what is causing the problem without the advice or direction that family and friends can sometime give.

Hello, my name is Tina, Sometimes life can get difficult and finding the right counsellor can be daunting, especially when you want to talk through personal issues. talking to a counsellor who is empathetic to our situations, who is non-judgemental, trusting and supportive can be just what you need. Life is not always straightforward and may seem impossible to work through on your own, family and friends can help; however, this may not always be possible, and that’s when finding a counsellor with understanding, warmth and life experiences is important.

I can only imagine how hard it feels to reach out for help for yourself or your child; to want things to feel better and not know how to make it happen. This is what I can help you with. Maybe you or your child feel anxious all the time and just want to feel safe? Or perhaps you can't seem to get rid of that little voice inside that tells you you'll never be good enough? Maybe your child is struggling with understanding themselves and the world around them and you just want them to feel happy and safe? I understand that situations like these can feel overwhelming and I am passionate about helping people overcome them and feel better

Self Esteem Counsellors
Self-esteem lives on a spectrum: Not enough self-regard (or low self esteem) can lead people to become depressed, or to tolerate abusive situations and relationships. Too much self-love (or high self-esteem), results in an off-putting sense of entitlement and an inability to learn from failure. And it's occasionally a sign of clinical narcissism. Quite the opposite of being shy or shyness, yet still on the same spectrum.
